It's that lovely time of year again! How can you resist this weather?! This beautiful time of year calls for bright, sunny, colorful pictures of your happy kiddos soaking up the sun!
Mini sessions are great for a little slice of life. It's short and sweet, and just long enough to document the stage your little one is in right now.
Something else that I love about our minis - this year, we have decided to donate 50% of the session fee for all booked sessions to the Cumberland Presbyterian Children's Home. We love, love, LOVE, children around here, so being able to not only capture children, but being able to donate to help children in need brings a smile to our hearts.
CPCH cares for children who have been taken out of their homes for reasons such as abuse and neglect. The Children's Home not only provides a safe place for them to live, but the kids also receive counseling, medical and dental care, spiritual development, recreation with other children in activities that encourages participation and interaction with others, and the basic needs of clothing and nutritious meals.
In addition to caring for individual children, CPCH also has a strong single parent family program. They have a strength-focused philosophy of care which works with single mothers and single fathers to help them develop the tools they need to find solutions to the challenges in their lives.
It's such a wonderful organization!
